There are not any workouts which will make you taller. they'd help shop you from shrinking as you age although! Your height is basically genetic. i have been 5'2 for the reason that i changed into 14 (i'm 34 now), and it really isn't any longer too undesirable. i like being petite. a minimum of you already grew taller than your mom! My mom is 5'8 and my dad is 5'10. i somewhat idea i'd were taller, yet fortunate me, i'm formed clone of my short grandma!

Are you sure she didn't mean she grew "wide" not in height? I've never heard of anyone growing till they were thirty. But funny about the 1" after getting your father off his back.

You don't say how old you are. So can't answer you accurately.
NO one grows until they are 30 unless they are deformed. Your bones fuse late adolescence, early adulthood. SO depending on your age you may or may not still have time to grow.
