some people say to get s "student visa" and others just a regular visa. buuuuut how do we go through the process of that? HELP family emergency.

WHAT if we're not the only family she has? she's not being treated well with relatives in the phillipines so we want to get her... we just dont know the best way on how.

You can contact the international red cross (not the same as the American red cross although you can probably find out how to contact them through your local American chapter), have your cousin tell them you are her only family left the red cross will help with her papers.

I suggest you contact the immigration of both countries on what to do. A petition will do to sponsor her to get to US.
