If you are asking how to do your own, that would be difficult at best, since they position themselves behind you. I am pretty sure they teach each other; I have been having it done since 1999, and I remember seeing some of the girls being trained by the others.

if u want to do it yourself it is VERY hard, but the way u do it is, u get some thread and u wind them around ur two hands until it creates a triangle. the mini triangle inside is the part u pluck the hair with
