Not Seasonal change

I climb mountains. During my relative short life I have observed glaicers on three continents. All of these have retreated up the mountian by yards--in some places by a mile or more.

People can argue about whether green house gases are causing it. But there is not question that the world has been warming up.

I live in SK, Canada (close to the US border). There's been lots of talk on the local news, in the paper, etc. about climate change here. We've found that temperature and seasonal changes are happening abruptly and inconsistantly within the past years. For example, last week we hit a high of 30 degrees celcius, and the very next day we had a high of 5 degrees celcius. This is a HUGE and what would normally be a very unlikely difference. Hope that helps :)

Live in Southern British Columbia, Canada. Normally we have long hot summers and warm winters - but for the last 5 years we have had short very very hot summers and lots of rain and cold in the spring and fall and the winters are warmer with less snow. Definitely different.

I live in Portland Oregon. I realized one day that for the past couple summers I've been saying "It doesn't usually get this hot". I think I need to change it to "It didn't used to get this hot". We've been getting more and more hot summer days each year.
