I don't know where Steve was buried. It stands to reason it would be somewhere he felt was home. So I would venture a guess his body rests somewhere on his zoo property. His spirit, I believe, is a completely different story. I think he probably now is smiling at all his critters because now he knows for sure his "message, his mission, the reason he was put on this earth" got through to many people. Particularly children who will after all be the conservationist of the future. I just wish I could say to Terri, Bindi and Bob -- My heart breaks for you, but the momentum he started will continue... He is buried near his Australia Zoo in a private place known only to the family...
Terri Irwin said this in her interview with Barbara Walters on the TV show 20/20...

It will never be revealed where Steve Irwin is buried - these were his wishes and only a handful of people know.

Only his close friends and family know. It was his wish and now Terri's as well that it never be revealed exactly where he is buried but it is believed to be somewhere on Australia Zoo - though besides the few people that were there, no one can verify that.

I can get close for you. Steve is buried on the zoo site but not where everyone visits. There is 400 more acres attached to the zoo property and he is buried somewhere on it. That's where he planned it all along. close to his critters but off the beat ten path. privet but yet close enough for family to visit and pay they're respects in peace.

No,his wife,Terri was just interviewed on 20/20 with Barbara Walters,and she said that they are keeping the location of his burial site private,but I think he's probably buried at the zoo,with all the animals he loved all around him.
