It means
5x=7k+6

x=7n
or
x=7n+1
or
x=7n+2
or
x=7n+3
or
x=7n+4
or
x=7n+5
or
x=7n+6
now we should check which one of thess possibilities can happens
just x=7n+4 can happens
cuz if x=7n+4
==>5x=5(7n+4)=7(5n)+20
==> =7(5n)+2*7+6
==> =7(5n+2)+6
==> in this situation 5n+2=k
so
x=7n+4

here the value of x can be filled as 6/5
=5 into 6/5=6
5and 5 cancel out
therefore 6=6 remains
