At work we are about 15 employees that would like to explore what diversity means in the work place. How it is a strength, and we will explore ways to have others learn about different aspects of culture.

Now we need a name. I will win $100. if it is picked and would donate a portion to whomever suggests the right name to their cause.

Please lets win!

"Alloy" or steel, to symbolize the diversity of the employees at your workplace.
Steel, Aluminum are examples of alloys - the fact that it consists of more than one element makes it stronger / lighter / efficient than for example iron. The same idea can be applied at the workplace due to the diversity of employees.
