I need run commands to change O/S?

Question

Going from windows 98 to xp and just need to get there. I have the xp disk.

If you haven't already installed,

1. in windows, select START>>>RUN, type: "command.com"

2. Change to disk drive: Type "e:" or whatever the name of your diskdrive is.

3. type "install"

If you have already installed, windows should have already deleted 98 and created xp so that it should load automatically. Unless of course you didn't use an UPDATE disk. If that's the case, you have problems. Don't worry, though. But I'm not going to explain all that unless you know that to be true.
