She dresses like me, talks like me and even drives the same car as me, just different color. I did everything first, I swear! But some when I casually ask her about it she pretends like she didnt notice. She will say say something like: Oh, yeah, I didnt even notice it till u brought it out. Its annoying! Or am I just being paranoid. My family is noticing it too!

First of all, you're not being paranoid.
But understand this. If she's copying everything you do, chances are she's idolizing you. That means she hates herself, who she is and she has no identity to be proud of, hence the latching on to yours.
Your job or perhaps someone else's (I don't know her so I can't judge) is to help her find herself. Let her decide some things maybe like if you go out together, where should you both eat etc? Try to plan to do something she likes and see what happens. Help her to find what she likes instead of what you like.
Here's hoping she doesn't throw the ball back in your court by going: "What do you like?"

.....If You feel Really Close To Her,, And you are both good friends, Then Maybe You should take it as a Complement..Maybe she just loves your taste, and as soon as she saw something she loved it so much she felt she must have it ...that's O.K. a lot of friends like the same stuff ...BUT If you think your friend is A competitive Bi-ch, Only you would know ..We don't know her like you do...But if shes Not a Bi-ch ....Then don't even worry about...

Sounds like your friend is in need of self confidence, and she's emulating the person she see as "having it all put together" take it as a complement for now, she probablly grow out of it.

I would be on my guard,watch your identiy card, don't tell her too much about your personal life, the less the better. I would try to put some distance between myself and her as a friend.
