i dont know what to do when school finishes, should study in an university over here or over there

I guess that depends if what you're going to study is available at a better school in NY. If not, then stay there since there are many good schools in PR. I live in NY now but I studied at the Interamerican University at Guayama and San German. Do what you believe is best for you and have solid reasons to do it.
