How old was he? And what is your defination of a full chest of hair?

I think the youngest guy I have been with who has had a full chest of hair was 25 years old. My definition of a full chest of hair is when the hair covers the chest, all the way down to the stomach area. Feels good to rub your hands across the chest and stomach.

He was about 14. His chest was covered(upper chest) as well as his neck and face. He had a nice beard. His hair was dark. He said he had to shave 3 times a day. Seems like he had hair on his shoulders as well.
Another fella was about age 25 and he was covered upper chest, stomach area, his back, neck, face up on his cheeks. He said he had to shave 5 times a day. It was thick and dark.
