she's a stuck up b* and she's stupid. She couldn't get none of the jokes on Space Ghost Coast to Coast back in the day, and actually got offended. I mean, I haven't met her, but from how I've seen her act on TV and that modeling show, she's stuck up.

P.S. let me add that she WAS forced to the other model constraints of being super-skinny, etc., when she was a top model on the runways. She even said so on the show. She didn't explain who what or how she was allowed to blow up, stay a "normal" weight, and still work the runways. I DON'T THINK SHE DOES. Hence, she has her own television show now, and no, it's not quite Oprah. I don't think she was necessarily trying to be like Oprah, because the content of her show is different, and it is reminiscent of the old talk shows. Not like where everyday, there is a different famous celebrity on the show. Or you're giving away a free car to everyone in your audience. Tyra, and nobody else except maybe Bill Gates or somebody, is not at that state yet.

To be a proud "BLACK" woman on the big screen means a lot. WE'VE COME A LONG WAY BABY! Years ago, a Black woman would not even be casted for a maid-servant [remember...Sapphire on the Amos 'N Andy Show} stereotyped on TV. The world is full of jealous people. Try walking in her shoes and see how you feel. Try having your own TV show and see how long your series runs, or how many guests/audience attendees you can muster up. Tyra is a proud, beautiful, intelligent Black Woman, who represents many of us who can only afford to watch her on television. I applaud her for her guts - in spite of every one who feels she's an imitation of whomever? "YOU GO GIRL!"

I personally know very little about her, but I do think it is absolutely ridiculous that she gets over 6000 answers to her question. I mean come on people, do you honestly think that any celebrity that "graces" us with their presence here in yahoo answers is actually going to sit down and take the time to read through 6000 + answers.
Her question was alright, but did it really merit 6000 + answers? I've seen hundreds of people ask that very same question and get 4 - 24 answers tops, but a celeb pops in, thinking that they are doing us all a favor by stooping to mingle with the "commoners" and we grovel at their quesitons, which in turn boosts their already enormous egos.
Makes me sick...

Sorry, she is not intelligent. She is nothing but an Oprah wanna be with nothing but big ti*s and a lucky shot to be a model. Her bad *** attitude makes me sick and someday she will learn what humility is when her stupid shows are all cancelled and she's over the hill and fatter than fat. What a cow.

She protrays herself as a very caring and down to earth person but if you really watch her shows you can see how fake she really is. She doesn't look very personable and approachable. She has put down plus models on her Top Model show. To me she doesn't look like a very nice person.

And she has taught me that there truly is skill to modeling. I always thought Zoolander was more realistic.
