I've read it many times, that seal has many latin words but I don't know the meaning, does anybody know it?

It means "God approves our undertakings." If you run up against something like this again, a dead easy place to find the answer is at the back of your dictionary called "Foreign Words and Phrases" when you are reading a book in English and the author says something in another language without explaining it almost 100 percent of the time you will find the meaning the phrase without having to resort to a vast number of Latin\English, Spanish\English German\English etc. dictionaries.
