Rafi: You let me talk to you about his penis?
Lisa: Trust me, that was *harder* for me than it was for you.
Sincere characters, there were no signs of clichéd amateur fabrications of people we are so used to in recent films. These 3 characters are realistic and the plot is too. Meryl Streep is at her best. Her character goes through so many thoughts and changes and yet she redeems herself and stays sane. She truly cares for the people around her and wants the best for them. Uma Thurman also turns out a great performance, mixed with insecurity, playfulness and dealing with unrequited love. The boundaries that are set for the lovers could have helped this film to be made into a farce, but the writing took it to a more appealing place that its audience could relate to. Great blend of drama and comedy. And the love story is pretty darn good too. ;)

Is that where Uma is dating Meryl's son? It was ok if that's it...not enough to take any lines from, sorry.

I loved it less than you did. But then again, how can I measure your level of love for that movie.
