Yes. They are ignorant bigots.
And the sad fact is they don't even know it. They are raised this way. They are taught hate and prejudices from a very young age so to them, it is normal. Most of them will say things like, 'I'm not a racist then turn around with the next sentence and say, 'but those lazy black people need to stop using my tax money to live on welfare.'

Oh, I don't know..... Do you think a Republican who volunteers his time to minister to people struggling with gender confusion, to council them in healthy sexual behaviors and discovering their root causes of that gender confusion would be considered biased based on differences? May be that most Republicans could see what Bill Cosby and Juan Williams are just now coming to grips with about their race's condition long ago. May be that we can also see what the results of loss of standards and morals in a society can do to that society. May be that they actually have thought out views and deep consideration for the people around them.
And are bold enough to state them when they aren't politically correct or popular trains of thought.
Your question suggests a deep bias against those who have differing opinions without hearing those opinions or at least considering what the conservatives are saying.

It is always dangerous to condemn a group of people as biased when you don't relly know them personally.
Many Republicans have been elected based on their ideals which have been based on truth and decency. They find, however, after the election that they don't have the power to make alot of difference.

All is a lot of people. I'm a republican and I like to think I'm open minded and can think for myself. It's sad that we live in a country that is so bipartisan. Rarely do you see anyone in government willing to go against his or her own party regardless of what their personal beliefs are. It's like 7th and 8th grade when we wanted everyone to like us. I believe it was Winston Churchill who said, "Any man who is under 30, and is not a liberal, has no heart; and any man who is over 30, and is not a conservative, has no brains."

Just like the Democrats. I assume an open minded Democrat made this sweeping & blatantly false statement.
Democrats only fool themselves that they are open minded or
not biased.

No, ALL Republicans are not closed-minded. (Is that what was meant? I don't know what "close-minded" might mean.)
Thanks for giving me an easy question to answer.

Typical liberal attack, baseless. They have no logic and no real argument and have to resort to name calling.
