Sometimes the baby sits closer to the back, so you don't get as much of a tummy, but will have back and leg pain.

I am 32 weeks and I never even started to show until 6 months some women are built like that and again as I'm sure you have heard already every pregnancy is different. As for your leg pains if you are always on your feet you should try to rest more your legs need to be elevated when you can. They are carrying extra weight even though you are not showing and your blood flow is effect by that and defiantly see your doctor if it gets worse.

There is this rare condition to ask and press your doctor about. DVT or deep vein thrombosis. It's when you develope clots in your legs while your pregnant. It is very serious, but easily preventable with simple compression stockings. A very close friend died as a result of this rescently and it devestated me as i'd never heard of this before. It is easy to ask your doctor on your next visit. Pregnent women also release a hormone durning their entire pregnancy that makes it easier and less painful during child birth. This is often associated with joint pain, and is most uncomfortable in the pelvis and hip area. If you have pains in your entire leg or just your joints are things to tell your doctor.

Are you drinking enough water? My legs got extremely sore when I got dehydrated while pregnant. Also have your doctor check your potassium levels. Sometimes when the levels are too low they can cause cramps (Charly Horses)

it is normal......i never got big when i was pregnant, but my legs sure would hurt. especially when i layed down at night, i constantly had to move them and they still hurt. i called my doctor and told her about it and she said it is normal with some pregnancies and there was nothing i could do for it.
the good thing...it went away after i had my daughter.
