I lost my best friend due to a misunderstanding. He's taking it way out of content. He asked me to leave him alone, then we saw eachother in the club the next night, and he didn't even speak. I sent him a letter expressing myself deeper than I ever have before. He knows that I love him and there's nothing I'd ever do to hurt him, so why is he acting like this. I need to know what other steps I can take to get him back. It's been a week tomorrow, and yesterday, I received a text from him askin how I've been. I told him fine, that I was missing him and asked how he was. I never got a response back. I got my hopes up that we were making progress, but now I'm missing him all over. Will he ever be back? How can I get him back?

Just go over to his house and bring him his favorite meal if you cook (and it's something you can pack to go) or bring him his favorite fast food or desert. He won't be able to turn you down then without really looking like a jerk and from the sounds of it, he isn't one. Just make sure he's home first so your appearance isn't a waste.
Then once you 2 sit down to eat, talk to him and work it out with him and voila, you'll have him right back where you want him, as your best friend.

If he sent you a text that is a good sign. Don't push him to hard. try to be somewhere he will be ,around once a week. That will keep you on his mind. If he is going to come back it should happen within a couple of weeks. If not ,just move on. At least you can be satisfied in the fact that you tried to make amends.
