My Argument is this: Participation of Younger Generations in today's Political Environment is a right answer to achieve "n" number of things and make India into the brighter path, say India Shining 2020 - Otherwise it wont be...Comment on it!!!!!

I don't tend to believe that. The young lack the political culture or the maturity of understanding. If they are politically aware well and good... But I don't think so. How many younger generation members go to the polling booths for a vote ? What are their priorities ? Me too am a youth but the youth does not inspire confidence.

I believe this argument could be the right thing for India. But, before agreeing to this argument let me assume:
(1) all the leaders and politicians aged 45+ are sitting outside parliament.
(2) the minimum age for getting a ticket for election is 21 years.
(3) there is an obligation on those elected to perform with at least 70-75% success rate by doing work for their constituency and perform and behave responsibly both in parliament as well as outside.
(4) The checks on and actions against those found guilty of indulgence in the acts of corruption etc. should be stringent enough so that the guilty cannot stand loose as generally happens in today's scenario.
(5) The general public should have the right to (i) know about the work done/to be done in their constituency (including the deadlines), (ii) object and demand explanation, if there is a problem in the fulfilment of the goals of development.

Only then, you can expect this argument to be realised in the best way. Because in the current scenario, (1) if even 10-15% of youth take charge of Lok Sabha Seats, they still be handicapped by so-called experienced campaigners. (2) If 45+ people are sitting outside, then more young blood can be introduced into Parliament, so the age limit should be reduced to 21 years. (3) Our politicians should act like corporate sector's CEOs and high rates of performance would in itself make India shine much sooner than our politicians think. (4) checks and stringent laws against non-performing M.P.s would help in realisation of the item (3) and, last but not the least (5) if people have the right to demand explanation, it will strengthen the implementation of such law. I bet, these points can be applied/taken into action only by India's youth, not by our veteran leaders who can just talk, because that is what they do best.

You are Right,
But the problems are
1.Politics is treated as untouchable by Intellectual people in India.

2.Younger generations are not focussing on Social issues,as old days youth were.

3.Social Change could not be brought out by Few,the whole People should be moved to realisation state

4.It is not Young or Old but willingness to give themselves for a good cause(Diminishing & Rare )

5.It is a long march & needs lot of crossing over of hurdles & Barriers.

All the Best

No. I can understand your intention but the solution is just nonsense. What we need is honest people's participation. The younger generation is more corrupt these days because they are groomed by the older generation.
