Could you explain this a little more?
Like, which company are you with (Cingualr, Alltell, Verizon, etc)?
I'm assuming yours has either broke or was stolen. This is two different problems and has different solutions.
Lots of assumptions here: Lets say you are with Cingular and your baby chewed on the phone instead of a pacifier. ;-)
You can go up to Wal-Mart, buy one of Cingular's Go phone for around $40 to $50, charge it up, take the chip (SIM Card) out of the dead phone and put it the Go phone, and then your good to go. You don't even need to take it to the Cingular store to get it activated; as long as you have a monthly service plan with Cingular, just you can swap chips yourself.
You won't need the chip that came with the Go Phone, because it is at $0.10 to $0.20 a minute, so throw it away or give it away.
As a side note, let's say you look on ebay for cell phones. Unless the phone is made for your cell company, or it is unlocked for your cell company, you can't use it. Example: If you are with Cingular, you can't use Motorolla's Razr made for Verizon with it, unless you have paid around $20 to have it unlocked to Cingular.
For a stolen phone, you can pretty much do the same, but you alos have to buy a new SIM Card from the cell phone company for about $20.
