I just took a closer look at my bank statement and discovered that NAPSTER has been taking $9.95 out of my account every month since March... I don't subscribe to them and have never downloaded anything from them. Anyone else have problems with them..... I am SOOOOO PISSSED!

Why did you give them you bank account number?
You did somewhere along the way that made this so.
Contact your bank and stop it!
Then contact NAPSTER and stop it!
Finally, get a copy of Martial Meditation by Stressassasin and chill. You will live longer!

If you have never subscribed to Napster you need to figure out how they got your personal bank info. Perhaps someone else is using them under your name and bank account number?

Someone could be using your account. That happened to me, and someone tried to buy a 400$ cellphone on my card. Call your bank and Napster. Make sure it isn't something you just forgot about.

Tell ur BANK 2 Block the Payment to NAPSTER........Check their Account No.........Try Contacting them...............JUST CHECK COmpletely If it is not ur FAULT....so tat u can Sue them.......Take all the Correct Steps so tat u may not be in Trouble........Show the BANK STATEMENT to ur Lawyer as PROOF.

Somehow they got your bank account number and your permission to deduct a monthly fee. Did you give them that information online somehow?
Contact them.

yeah..........all I did was open an email from them...........call customer service and they WILL refund of it!!! Youy may have to ***** & YELL but they will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
