The Hills is awful. I hate Lauren, Jason, and Jordan. Heidi is fabulous.
Laguna is better. At least there are more people, so its not all LC and her fake shallow self. Her sister isn't much better though! (no wonder she hasnt had much screen time)

The hill's are great and so is the beach so being from thousand oak's and working in Santa Barbra and hang'n Laguna/balboa etc... with those sunset's I would have to say the BEACH!!!
