reply or forward an e-mail message that I received containing the headings "forwarded message " and "HTML attachment", both in the body of the e-mail ? Do I send it as inline text or as attachment if I wish to mail it to others or remail to sender.

both the options will work, sending it as inline text will save the efforts of reciever to download and view the attachment. But if the size of contents is very large then its best to send them as attachment.
