I have looked up several websites but cannot locate one that gives geographical listings for my area. Any website suggestions would be appreciated as well. Thanks

There is only one spa listed in AR, it is in Eureka Springs which would probably be too far away for you; but the state directory of this website also shows 2 in TN.

Dont know if it will help but there is a chiropractic clinic in Harrison, AR ( just south of Branson, MO, west of Mountaion Home ) that uses many alternative methods also the doctors have contacts with local natural methods dealers and practitioners. 870 365 0071
