The main reason we have not joined the International Criminal Court is that every country with an axe to grind will be constantly dragging the President of the United States, no matter who he is or what he has done, before the Court. Our Presidents would have to spend about 50% of their time in court, and they have more important things to do.

Think about how many UN nations really don't like the USA. How many of them would you want to have to defend yourselves against?

We have enough problems with our own courts.

The UN is more corrupt and incompetent than our own government and we can't vote them out of office!

There is no pro. The French still won't like us.
