company is flexible with tardiness coming to work & back at lunch
only 1 person is talked to & documented for tardiness; supervisor does not like two co-workers going to lunch together; supervisor constantly berates all other employees and owners

If the two supervisors are actually one person, or even if they aren't the owner's have to be complete idiots to keep a supervisor around who works for them and berates them. If I owned the place that supervisor would be out fo there so fast his/her head would be spinning.

That kind of behavior creates a very negative work environment for everyone and causes a lot of un-neccessary stress. When you have that kind of environment the productivity goes down, which cost more money payrole.

Change jobs if you are unhappy. It's easier. If you think you can't, move to Northern CA, grab a couple bottles of Sonoma County Wine, hike atop a moderately sized foothill, and drink till your legs get numb. You'll be fine.
