everytime i try scanning for an internet connection it say i have an internal error can some one please tell me what it is and what i can do to fix it

If you are using dialup, you have to uninstall your modem driver from add remove software, if you are using DSL, uninstall the DSL driver, then install the driver again, boot and try. Make sure don’t uninstall any driver unless you have the original driver on a CD.

hey you need a whp code and you need to have a wireless network or a cable to pug in to the wall aka internet jack. if that doesn't work then call the company

CHECH IF THE MODEM IS ABLE TO CONNECT TO OBJECST OTHER TGHAN THE COMPUTER. MAKE SURE THAT THE WLAN OIS TURNED ON. GET THE RITE IP ADDRESS. THT TOOK ME A WHILE TO FIGURE OUT. AND MAKE SURE YOUR NOT TO GFAR AWY FROM THE MODEM IF YOUR USING THAT. TRY GETTING VERSION 2.81 . CAME OUT RECENTLY. I GOT MAYBE THAT MIGHT HELP.

if you have communicomm services just find the phone book and call them and they will talk you truogh step by step thats wat i all ways do!!
