I have windows 2000 & microsoft outlook 2003. How do I find out my server type; pops name;incoming mail server(pop3) and outgoing mail server(smtp). My internet provider is Verizon.net

Outlook 2003 is an "email client" not an account provider.

Contact Verizon at http://www22.verizon.com/CustomerSupport/ContactUs/Index/?ID=NF

They can give you the POP3 and SMTP server URL's for you email account.
