where the heck to i find system restore...i was told it was under tools but i cant find it there.

If you can't find the System Restore icon in the Windows menuing system do this,

Left click on Start
Left click on Run
Left click on Browse

Double left click on Windows
Double left click on System32
Double left click on Restore
Double left click on rstrui.exe
Left click the OK button.

Hit start
all programs
accessories
system tools.sysyem restore
If that dosent work hit start ,go into search,in all files and folders type in system restore
