I need some good skating music, and my coach recommended something classical since my last couple programs had Spanish music. I'm skating pre-preliminary, and I skate at medium speed. Any advice? I need a fast, slow, fast or slow, fast, sow section in the music, too.

My synchronized skating team has been skating to a lot of Bond the past couple of years. You should check them out, some of their stuff have good beats and have nice fast and slow sections.

I would love to skate to somthing you know, it's always easier that way. Maybe "the swan" by Saint- Saaniens. i am not sure of the artist, but just type in the swan in the classical music section of amazon.com
Aslo, anything fro swan lake or the natracker is very good.

There is SO much classical music you could choose from.
Start listening to it regularly and you'll find good music. As to tempo, that varies with every movement in any symphony, so listen to symphonies.
