IE is fine when I open it...but when I click a link and it opens in a new window, it always opens small and I have to maximize it. How do I get it to always maximize automatically?

The Internet Explorer window size is set upon opening to the same size as when it was last closed. If you minimize Internet Explorer (click Minimize on the System menu [globe icon on the left of the Internet Explorer title bar]), right-click the Internet Explorer button on the taskbar, and then click Close on the menu that appears, Internet Explorer may open in a smaller window.

F11

Also, if you maximize manually the first time and close it down, then reopen it, Windows will remember that and it will open maximized the next time you launch it.

If you put your pointer on the corners or sides of the window until it becomes the two way arrow and open it up that way it should stay without you having to open it up.
