Start with nice, work on girly, the popular part only happens if people actually like you.

Why not just work on being yourself? Do things because they're the right thing to do, not necessarily because you get anything from doing them. That's a step towards being nice.

While some might be drawn to someone solely because they're "super girly", many people are put off by someone who's fake. If you're able to be yourself, you'll attract true friends.

Be nice. Work on liking yourself and people will like you. Popular means very little after high school, so just enjoy yourself.

first of all, throw your brain away because you wont be needing it.

secondly, you've got to smile 24/7, wear only the same kinds of clothes that all the other popular people are wearing, cake on the makeup, and say "like" every other word, and talk only about things like boys and beauty.
