how do I find the cpu temperature without going into the bios? any programs that allow me to do that?

yeah google it and oh keep your cpu around 45 to 55 other wise most over heat and thts not good

Usually such monitoring programs (that you can run in Windows) would have come with your motherboard device driver/utility CD, so you may be able to install something from there. The BIOS check is the most reliable though.

go on google or yahoo and type in speedfan. its a great program that monitors everything on ur pc including temps. u can set thresholds so ull get warnings when ur pc is getting too hot. good cpu temps are between 30-50c
