The fact that it is flexible and can be adapted, the balance built in between legislative, executive and judicial. The balance is all out of wack now though. The legislature is not doing it's job and they are allowing the executive brance to rule the country. Add the inconvenient fact that this regime will get to affect the judical branch radically for the next 20/30 yrs and the chief executive is running amuck. The legislature needs to stand up and do their job.

The Constitution doesn't have "qualities".....it states our rights as Americans.
