my realtor is showing my house tomorrow. I am a single working mom of two little girls. my house is a mess! I am tired.

Didn't your realtor tell you.....Hes showing it to a handsom single guy who loves children....looking for a lovely woman such as youself, and is very understanding to the wants and needs of a working Mom. :)

sure... declutter your house, take out anything that makes it too personal (such as diplomas, photos, etc.) and log onto stagingdiva.com

Just straighten it up as best you can--the house needs to look lived in to sell. No dirty dishes, unmade beds, dirty toilets. The rest should fall in place. Thanks.
