There are no specific course requirements that need to be met in college to get accepted into a medical school, as long as you have the grades and test scores to earn acceptance. Still, it would be in your best interest to have a strong background in chemistry (particulary organic chemistry), biology and anatomy and physiology. Any shortcomings in background classes like this and you have to play catchup by taking the courses at the start of your medical school studies.

have to have a major in biology or chemistry with minor in the one of the two you don't major in. That is the best course route to take to GET INTO MED SCHOOL. they don't like those who do stuff like major in physics with a minor in zoology and crap like that just so they can get their bachelor's of science degree in order to be able to apply
