Like I always say, do you want It done right...or right now, you lose weight at about the same speed you gain it, so when you do a quickie diet and THINK you really lost weight, Its mostly water and an empty belly, and you just bounce right back to you real weight
smoking meth and staying up for 72 hours Is very fast though

Here are a few ways. Actually, just three.
1. A surefire way that is working for me is the "Your Psychiatrist and Doctor Found Out You are Bipolar and have ADHD" Diet. I am on a mood stabilizer and meds for ADHD [ADDERALL XR- 30mg]. Let me tell you, these meds work miracles. I've lost my interest in eating all the time like I used to, and have more energy. Anti-depressants also cause weight loss. I was on Effexor XR [150-300mg, varied] for a short period of time. So, go find a psychiatrist. Mine talked to me about a minute and a half before giving me two medications.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I am not a lunatic. I am not addicted to medications nor do I do drugs or anything else that would be illegal in the U.S. I am not saying this so you can just go out and acquire things under false pretenses.
However, if you feel like, perhaps, you may have difficulty focusing, always feel depressed, feel chronically tired, or your moods are all over the place, this will help you feel better. Go to a search engine and type mood disorder quiz or ADHD quiz-- something along those lines to get a general idea.
2. 30 mins of exercise per day, 3-5 days a week. I think that just feeling the burn of exercise will change how you eat. The next time you see that fast food place, you will think "I had to exercise for 20 minutes by running to burn off that double ultimate triple cheeseburger. That doesn't even include the fries!" A truly wonderful tool.
3. Cut outside food. Don't eat out. Don't pick up food. Don't have it sent to your house. Make and bake all your food, and don't cry. Cut out full-fat meats, like use Lean Ground Beef instead of just Regular Ground Beef which can contain 3x as much SATURATED fat. Isn't that disturbing? Facts are wonderful.
**IMPORTANT** Do not attempt to stop eating completely. You lose muscles first, then fat. You will look really funky and unappealing, so don't try to become a twig within 30 days if you're a twinkie for the moment. You can get there, though. I have lost 10 lbs. in the last month and a half. I just need to lose another 40-50, and I'll feel even better. Best of luck to you in your endeavor to a more confident, better-looking you!
---
ADDENDUM: Please do NOT follow this advice: "Any time you burn more calories than you take in, you will loose weight."
Aside from the fact that "lose" is misspelled, if you do not eat the calories your body needs, your energy level will slump, and you will have even LESS interest in exercise than before. Be careful.

cut your calories (not alot) and change your exercise routine. your body streamlines when it is in an exercise rut. if you don't strength train, incorporate that. change your cardio, whether it be a different activity or the intensity or incline. also, when cutting calories, i was recommended to cut down to 1200 (i only wanted to lose 10 pounds). the next week go up to 1300, and so on. i did this and lost 7 pounds, but 4 sizes. it was incredible. now i eat 1700 calories daily. when increasing, you will reach a number and realize that you are never hungry until it is time to eat again. that is the calorie level you should stay at. also eat six small meals a day if possible. my diet consisted of breakfast, a snack two hours later (usually fruit), lunch three hours later, a snack three hours later (usually a vegetable), dinner two or three hours later. and then i would have something small before i went to dinner, usually half a tomato and cottage cheese. good luck

Fast for two or three days. drink a little fruit juice and keep very hydrated. Keep busy, walking , biking or working around the house. or the very best is hiking on a trail up a small mountain.

Any time you burn more calories than you take in, you will loose weight. Excercise more and watch your calorie intake. Eating more fish seems to help the pounds drop faster.
