yes there both the same. They both have the same engine and ls1 package in them as well. I have a 02 firehawk and it runs with the slp version of the 35 anniversay SS at 345 to the rear. I raced a friend who had one and we were neck on. If push comes to shove if both cars are the same its gonna come down to the best driver...not the car, unless you have mods and he doesnt.

Yes it's like the sport pkg for the Firebird and the SS is the sport pkg for Camaro

NO, WS6 has many more features... I buy that over the SS any day.

there were some suspension differences i think, but they were basically the same, the pontiac probably weighed more
