Medicine's only available as a graduate degree program in the US. You'll have to do a first (bachelor's) degree in another subject, such as chemistry or biological science, before you can apply. Some universities have a "premed" course, which is meant to prepare you for medical school.

After you finish your first degree you can apply for your medical course. You will probably need to take the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT - www.aamc.org/students/mcat/start.htm), and of course complete the app form from berkeley.

You do not go from high School to Medical School.
First you should familiarize yourself with Organic Chemistry.

You should take "Pre Med" courses after you have gained sufficient knowledge.

Then you will be ready for a university or Medical College.

You should talk this over with a High School Counselor

No, you have to pick an undergraduate major first, like biology or chemistry or genetics etc, then you take that Bachelor of Science degree to med school.
