how do i report these scoundrels or can i frward the emails to the proper officials.who would that be.please answer

Try replying,"THANKS! Call my LAWYER ( but don't put your LAWYERS number in there, but your local Police Station #) at ###-###-####, and tell them how I can et the money, and I'll be glad to accept it through them. ok?"
Then watch them email you back,"I'M NOT GONNA BLAH BLAH BLAH!!" It's HILARIOUS!!

Yahoo and google offre the possibilty of highlighting them as spam, this will stop them coming to your inbox from this address, other than that do not touch them or go to any link they ask you to.
