"this would not be a coup. It would be a counter-coup, for the Bush regime came to power in 2000 in a coup which was fraudulently re-instated in 2004." Ernest Partridge | Sep 27 2006 - 9:10am | permalink

Zivian, 30% of the American public thinks the 2000 election was stolen. Another 5% is seriously skeptical that it was honestly won . That is as many people as the ones who support Bush. Don't be too sure of your prognosis. And not all children are clones of their parents.

Why? Whatever is going on in your delusional brain will not get better after bush leaves office because we will have a new republican president. What you fail to understand is America has stood up and said, no more socialists.

Go ahead, all you need to do is outvote the Republicans. But if you truly think that both elections, 2000 and 2004, were faked, well that is a joke only stupid people laugh at. Just a fun thought to take to sleep with you. 80% of children vote the same way as their parents. Between smaller family sizes and more frequent abortions, democratic households are having significantly fewer kids. Roe vs. Wade was decided in the early '70's and ever since '94 the Republicans have been steadily zigging and zagging upwards in numbers and the Democrats are slowly dwindling.

The Democrats know they only have a few years before they will be completely marginalized, so get used to more of the same 'lamentable' losses on the part of democratic candidates...

Nothing, I guess. But in order for coup-plotters to be successful, they need to be consistent and figure out what it is they are trying to overthrow. I thought it was a theocracy. No? A fascist regime? Not right? Now it's an autocracy. Get it together, coup-plotters.

Did Gore win his home state - NO. If the people he & his father had been sentors for didn't want him for president, why do you think hanging chad should rule? Oh, by the way if he had, Florida wouldn't have mattered!
