I knew a girl that had sex for the first time in a hot tub and got pregnant. The answer would be 'yes' whether or not there is water in the bathtub.

Geez...what a silly question.
Having sex in a bath tub is NOT a form of birth control...so why YES of course you can still get pregnant while having sex in a bath tub. If sperm comes in contact within your vagina you have a chance to become pregnant.
Having intercourse while you are menstruating is also not safe.
If you are really worried about getting pregnant use a form of birth control and make your partner use a condom as well...because YES there is STILL a possibility of becoming pregnant while on any form of birth control.
Judging by this question...you may be a young female...who should have more things important in life than worrying about having sex or whether or not you can or cannot get pregnant!

Of course you can pregnant by having sex in the bath tub. If youve seen sperm in water you can see that it doesnt dissolve instead it stays there so That BASSICALY said YES you can

Yea, of course - you get pregnant anywhere if you have sex, the sperm can get up in there...
I just looked at your profile, you don't have a yahoo360, which means that your under 18... why are you having sex if you are underage, if you need to ask that question you shouldn't be having sex.

If the sperm is going inside of you. weather on land or in water. Yes. Again said, If you have to ask. You probably should not be having sex.

Yes. YOu can get pregnant anytime anywhere. If you are afraid of getting pregnant then don't have sex period. Birthcontrol doesn't work 100% of the time. Have sex when you are married. Sex is for the marriage bed only!

Yes, especially if the man ejaculates inside of you. It would also be possible if any sperm at all got into the bath water. Possible, but I would say unlikely.

any forms of unprotected sex can result in pregnancy. so yes, yes you can get pregnant, if you were having sex without protection.
