You could purchase a small island in the Caribbean and call it Biscuit, and declare yourself Empire of "everything that walks and breathes, and everything that swims in the seas" There are some that are actually for sale.

Well, I don't know about your own country, but you could start your own community, 1st you would have to buy a lot of land and subdivide it, then you could make a list of rules and regulations that must be followed in order to join this community.

You can always go on ebay and look for people selling bits of their country. True story. A man was looking for stuff on ebay, and he came across a sell for a small country. He bid on it, and he won. He bought it and fixed it up a lot because it was kind of run down. Forget what he did with it.
