Well Im wondering if it is possible to tell if a girl is pregnant if she is in her 5th months???Should be starting of the 20th week???tell physically and please dont tell me to go to the doctor.

Not all mothers (especially first timers) get a bump already at this point. So what you try:

1. Observe: Are you are having sore breasts?
2. Massage you breasts around the areole then 'pinch' your nipple up to at least 1 inch into the areole area and see if there's any milky discharge. At this point if you are pregnant, your mammary glands might already be producing milk. Try it with the other breast as well.
3. Do you feel any movement in your tummy near your bikini line that feels like fluttering wings? It might be your baby moving!

What do you mean in her 5th months? Obviously, signs like, when a girl doesn't have her monthly periods, the presence of the symptoms of a pregnant woman, nipples swell and aching. If you mean on the 5th month of pregnancy, you would feel some movements in your belly sometimes, and of course, your stomach would protrude. Some women have skin discoloration.

You should have been expanding by now. There should also be a little buddha baby bulge going on. The breasts should be larger and a lot more tender by now too...

If she's not obese.. yes, you can tell. The breasts get bigger, and you can definitely see a belly... unless she's covering with lots of baggy clothes.
