well, Hobby Lobby and Joanne Fabrics usually have great material for cheap. They also have sales on certain kinds of material this time of year. Also, try getting cheap plain black clothes, like at a thrift store, and decorating them to look goth-ish. Get some spray dye for your hair and cheap makeup in an outrageous color. if you want wings, but don't want to splurge on commercially available ones, get some wire coat hangers and make a wing frame, then cover them in a fabric you like

thrift store top/skirt- $4 (average. may cost less)
big safety pins- $1
wire coat hangers- free if you have them lying around at your house
scissors- free
needle&thread- free if you have them at the house, borrow if you don't have them yourself
1 or 2 yards of fabric from fabric store- $5
spray dye- $1
cheap eyeshadow, lipstick, & nail polish- $3
total cost: $14

If you need some money for it, babysit, mow lawns, wash cars, etc.

I hear ya! Go to Goodwill or a thrift store - you should be able to find something there cheap, cheap, cheap. To make the money - have a garage sale this weekend. Do some chores that no one else wants to do for neighbors (like clean garage, yardwork, etc) for cash.

Goth/punk can easily be achieved with make-up and attitude. Tease your hair up - Use white baby powder on your face and black eyeliner on your eyes and lips. Rip some old clothes up and pin them with multiple saftey pins. Take an old shirt or coat and spray paint it black.

You can make fairy wings by taking wire coat hangers, bending them into a wing shape (cut off the hook part) and then slipping panty hose over them and taping them shut. Then spray paint them black and add glitter and jewels - believe me this works great. Tie them on then.

Good luck - go to the party no matter what - have fun!

Umm ask your neighbors if you can MOW their lawn. If they need any cleaning of some sort! Do a car wash! ... Babysit If you are a responsible person! Go to a thrift store like goodwill or whatever you have around there, check out garage sales where ppl sell stuff for cheap, borrow clothes from ppl, or ask if they have something you think you may need and maybe they'll just give it to you... if all else fails check this site out!

Gothic punk fairy? And you think this will cost money??

Go to Goodwill. They have NEW Halloween stuff for sale every year. You can get make up at Wal-Mart for $1 each.

Devil in a blue dress. Wear a blue dress, and get a cheap horns, tail and pitchfork, probably from wal-mart. (Think the song, Devil in a Blue Dress). It's creative, and relatively inexpensive.
