Since I weigh about 210 pounds, I'd think some other method would be preferable to walking on you. Did have an ex-girlfriend who weighed about half what I do walk on my back once & found it very good at getting out the kinks -but I wouldn't want someone my own size walking on me & you probably aren't as big as I am, so you really shouldn't have someone my size walk on you.

Sure, but I may need to hang on to something.. getting on top of you might squish you if I put everything I have on you! A nice dainty girl may feel better to you. If you wanted me to do it, I'd have you cross your arms, then I'd come up behind you and give you a big bear-hug. It always works... a little more pleasure, a little less pain!

I'm 6'2 215lbs....I dont think you would want me walking on you! I have got a pair if good strong hands made just right for massaging a sore back!

Believe or not my father had that problem. Walking on it gave it enough pressure to fix it every once in a while.
