I don't know of one that exists, but I am from Canada...so I know a thing or two about igloos ;-)

To answer your last question, that's the beauty of igloos. With a small fire properly located in the igloo, it can be quite comfortable without compromising the structural integrity of the igloo (i.e. having it melt). And some of the sleeping bags that are available these days can handle nasty cold conditions.

There are hotels not made of ice? If it wasn't for global warming I would never have had a water bed. Hot sex keeps most of us Canadians from freezing to death and too busy for conquering the rest of the planet.
