It is unnecessary for the surgery. Keigel exercises (vaginal muscle strengthening) can reduce vagina size. Trust me it works!

Don't laugh but there are surgeries. Especially when the woman had had too many babies. They do go for reduction and tightening. One woman went and got it reduced. It became so small and tight. She had to have it reversed when she was having difficulty with sex. It's called vaginoplasty.

Considering the amount of complex muscles and nerve ends / interactions, even if a woman requested this and a doctor was willing I dont think she, or her future lovers, would ever be happy with the results. She probably wouldnt be able to feel anything and her vagina wouldnt be able to react to the stimulantion, hence lowering the pleasure for the man. All around a bad idea.

There is a surgery to make a girl a virgin again out there, you re-attatch the hymen. Sounds like too much pain and too much recovery for me. Women do use Kegal exercises though to make it stronger.

why have surgery? duo balls or space balls that are inserted into the vagina, if used regularly can make a women as tight as she wants to be without resorting to surgery
trust me they do work, specially the newer ones that are weighted, can put them in all day without having to worry about doing ur pelvic floor excercises

Because we already do enough to be "sexual" for the male. Bras, makeup, high heals, birth control pills.... the list goes on.
Besides the area would be pretty hard to perform surgery on. For men, it's right there.
