I would suggest two things, one, your mayby depressed or unhappy with your situation, two, if you get to much sleep and not enough exersize that can make you more sleepy,, hope this helps, good luck..

I don't think that 10 hours a day is too much. If you were sleeping over 12, that would be excessive. Some people just function better on more sleep than others.

Yes, go see a doctor!
I have been through alot of changes in past 2.5 years
I am also a student - and work from home.
As well as raising kids (mine and my hubby).
At 38, I've nearly raised my boys (now ages 15 & 20) His boys are 9 & 10 and totally disrespect me.
With all I am doing - I remain stressed - but handle it.

if you are always tired and hungry, those are symptoms of Mono, the kissing desease.
As well, its normal for different people to sleep different lengths. I sleep about 7 horus a night, my roomate is cranky unless he gets 8.
I would say, your just devolping a sleeping pattern. If your worried about it, go see a doctor. Nno harm in asking

sometimes when u sleep too much you feel tired more. try sleeping 7 to 8 hrs a evening and see if it helps.. i sleep at 12, wake up 6am, drop my kids to school at 8, work until 6 and come home cook, clean, bathe the kids and it the same thing again and again.

Dayum, I think you are okay, but I get by with only 5-6 hrs per night, sometimes when it's really stressful I get 2-3...or none.
Maybe you should create a schedule.

Yes, I believe you should go see a doctor. There are many illnesses which have fatigue as a symptom. Get checked by your doc cuz it's always better to be safe than sorry.

Maybe you just need that much sleep. Do you feel good otherwise? If so, don't worry.
IF you don't feel good otherwise, see a doctor. Could be a sign of depression, thyroid problems, etc.

i think u should and there is some thing else people sleep 2 much becouse they eat and u need to dygest ur food so u sleep
