If you are illegal I don't think you should be able to receive the money! If they did get it (an the gov't seems to be giving them everything)they should pay taxes and pay large fines and prison time expenses because we should imprison them for stealing into our country instead of doing it the correct way!

They could sure pay their money to buy the tickets, and accept the winnings. But they would be required to pay taxes on the winnings. And I think their Social Security # would be checked on, since they would need it to pay taxes on their winnings. And if paid in a lump sum, the State would deduct and keep the appropriate taxes from the winnings. Until the Lotteries require Citizenship to play and win, I guess they'll keep taking everyones money regardless of citizenship.

They were selling them to people so that they could cash it for them. People would, for example, pay them 5,000 dollars for a lotto ticket that was supposedly worth $50,000.
