About 100bhp. Its a Honda so it doesnt do anything spectacularly well but does everything slightly above average. Easy to ride, I like them ( but work for Suzuki) Probably a better bike for average rider as Suzuki (and Yamaha or Kawasaki) is much better in some areas but not so good in others. You wouldnt want to be stuck in traffic at very low speed on one for instanceand its not so much fun on long boring straight roads. If you live somewhere with 'good' roads (lots of twisties, etc) get bike that handles best and make sure you find someone who can set it up for your weight. I know Suzuki techs are taught how to set 'race sag'and check spring rates, dont know about the others

According to the recent test by Sport Rider magazine, the F4i has 97.3hp @ 12,750rpm, 42.0 ft/lb of torque @ 10,500rpm, and weighs 441 lb wet.

The difference is that SR actually puts bikes on a dyno rather than giving a theoretical manufacturer's quote.

BHP, or brake horsepower, is just a manufactutrers number, they are the only ones who really test them like that, and its not very usefull since it doesn't include the other parts of the drive train. You will be using the entire bike as a whole, not just the motor, so therefore RWHP or rear wheel horsepower (or real world horsepower:-p) is the number you want to look at.
